Terms & Conditions

  • Miami Aqua Tours requires our customers and associated companies offering our products, to present their e-ticket receipts.
  • Keep in mind that the voucher doesn’t guarantee a seat. Check-in and boarding are on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving 20 minutes before to make your registration on time.
  • If the boat is not available or in case of technical issues, customers will be transferred to the next cruise available.
  • Customers will be transferred to the next cruise or departure time available, in case of:
    • Bad weather, such as hurricanes
    • Boat’s technical malfunction
    • Any United States Coast Guard regulation that prevents our ship from departing.
  • Tickets are 100% not refundable.
  • Only Miami Aqua Tours is authorized to fully cancel its boats’ operations and refund the payment at its disposal, in case of not being able to transfer the customers to another cruise.
  • If you purchased your tour on a specific timetable and don’t arrive in time, you won’t be transferred to another cruise, and won’t be entitled to a refund of the ticket.

Only Miami Aqua Tours is authorized to make one tour reschedule, on a different day or time, as long as the customer requests the reschedule 12 hours prior to departure time. This doesn’t apply on weekends and holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are 100% not refundable. Only Miami Aqua Tours is authorized to entirely cancel any event, in case of storms or damages. Keep in mind that you can book a time, not a specific boat. Ships sails during the hours specified in this page.

If there is a boat’s technical malfunction, all customers will be transferred to the next cruise. If this happens, customers will be advised.

This policy applies to the tickets purchased on our website, commercial kiosks, web page, and phone numbers.
