AMÉRICA VIVA Gala 2025: Celebrating Hispanic Culture and Solidarity in Miami
In March 2025, the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami was the setting for the AMÉRICA VIVA Gala, an event that celebrated the richness of the arts, education, and Hispanic culture. The evening featured outstanding performances, including one by Grammy-winning artist Aymée Nuviola, who paid a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Celia Cruz, coinciding with the centenary of her birth.
During the gala, the Inca Garcilaso Medal was awarded to organizations that have made significant contributions to culture. Among the honorees were the Celia Cruz Foundation, the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation, and the Miami Children’s Chorus, all recognized for their work in promoting and preserving Latin culture.
Miami Aqua Tours, known for its tours of Biscayne Bay, was an active participant in this charitable event. The company reaffirmed its commitment to causes that benefit the Miami community, supporting initiatives aimed at improving education and the well-being of children in the region.
The gala not only offered high-quality entertainment but also raised essential funds to support educational programs for underprivileged children across the Americas. This event demonstrates how collaboration between local organizations and businesses can create a positive and lasting impact on the community.
