-Children under 3 are not free for special holiday events such as this one.
-The email confirmations that you receive are your boarding passes. If you do not print these boarding passes, you will not be allowed to board the boat.

Please arrive at our dock 20 minutes prior to receive your boarding tickets.
We are located at Bayside Marketplace, where we have 3 selling kiosks for your convenience; you can find one of them at the main entrance at the right side of the stage, right next to our sailboat, the Heritage of Miami II. The main dock is located at the back of the Hard Rock Cafe.
NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets are 100% non-refundable. Miami Aqua Tours are the only ones allowed to cancel the event only in case of a storm or damages. Please be aware that when making a reservation, you are reserving the time and not any specific boat. The boats depart at the times specified on this page and it’s based on the convenience of the company. If any boat were to break down or have any sort of malfunction, all clients will be relocated to the next boat. If this does happen, the clients will be notified. This policy applies to tickets that are purchased directly-through our website, sales kiosks, web page or telephone numbers.
